Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops.
• Admin-level HubSpot with lifecycle stages, workflows and reporting.
• Hands-on with automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Use of AI tools to automate GTM work.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack across Sales, Marketing and CS with HubSpot at the core.
• Manage HubSpot architecture: lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, workflows, and lead routing.
• Develop pipeline, reporting and forecasting trusted by revenue leaders.
