Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day quote and pricing approvals.
• Own post-signature deal hygiene: reconcile Salesforce and LinkSquares data, update opportunity stage to Closed-Won, route quotes to Zuora.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automations, including AI, to maintain data quality across Salesforce and related systems.
• Maintain recurring sales reporting and dashboards and handle ad hoc reporting requests with AI tools.
• Partner with commercial teams to ensure opportunities are created and tracked in Salesforce with accurate fields.
• Create templates, playbooks, and sales guidance to streamline quote-to-contracting.
