Job summary

Go Nimbly is seeking a RevOps Solutions Architect to shape discovery, connect GTM systems, and build AI-powered workflows for high-growth clients. You will work remotely with a team of top practitioners and mentor others, influencing architecture and strategic decisions.

You’ll lead complex integrations and advise on buy vs build, staying current on AI releases to drive scalable revenue operations outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Systems.
• Fluent across disciplines including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar with data modeling and integrations.
• Judgment on AI ownership in RevOps and mindful of data governance and compliance.
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping to estimate work accurately.
• Connect GTM systems via code, integrations, or iPaaS (e.g., Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n).
• Identify where AI can add value and build automated workflows with privacy in mind.
• Diagnose fragmented GTM systems and own fixes end-to-end.
• Design scalable solutions and advise buy vs build.
• Define architecture principles and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor the team on solution design.
• Stay current on AI releases to shape Go Nimbly’s POV.
