Job summary

Prismteck Llc is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and own our outbound and partner campaigns using Claude Code and AI tools. You’ll connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while working alongside field, sales, and partnerships teams in Austin or remote with CT overlap.

You’ll direct a low‑friction, builder‑first growth stack: search, lifecycle emails, retention, referrals, and paid‑less expansion. Apply with a track record of hands‑on marketing and API fluency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or similar AI agent on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing with data-driven approach and outbound focus.
• Scaled cold outbound end-to-end: list building, sequencing, and deliverability fixes.
• Comfort with data: CSV handling, joins, and basic SQL understanding.
• Scripting skills in Python or JavaScript; experience with Git versioning.
• APIs are routine: authentication, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs reading.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine, define segments, enrich lists, and score contacts.
• Arm field teams with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-up sequences and iterate.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals, and related pipelines.
• Produce in-house creative using AI while honoring the brand's visual system.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment scripts, data hygiene, QA, and content pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement and flag anomalies in data before reporting.
