Jeeves is seeking a growth analytics professional to own the analytical layer connecting sales activity to revenue outcomes. You will build dashboards, maintain data integrity, and surface insights to guide GTM leadership.

You will collaborate with the Head of Revenue Operations on planning, reviews, and AI-driven process improvements. The role emphasizes rapid, scalable analysis across multi-region initiatives, with a strong focus on data quality, forecasting, and cross-functional partnership.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related GTM-adjacent role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience required; demonstrate dashboards you’ve built from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; pivot tables and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking performance across partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment; surface patterns early.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations when programs underperform or trends shift.
• Support GTM reviews with cohort breakdowns, market benchmarks, and forward-looking indicators.
• Contribute to capacity planning, quota-setting, and attainment reporting; stress-test assumptions.
