Qualifications

PhD/MS in relevant field with strong publication or project track record.
Proven ability to translate research into applied pipelines for breeding.
Experience leading cross-functional and global R&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration in early breeding.
Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and evidence-based decisions.
Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, and analytics.
Lead adoption of innovative practices across crops and regions.
Define and report acceleration metrics to guide investment and planning.
