Bayer is seeking a Research and Impact Acceleration Lead to define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year plan for accelerating research across the early breeding pipeline, translating speed and quality into faster product delivery worldwide.

The role requires leadership across global teams, collaboration with universities, and strong emphasis on HS&E, Compliance, DEI, and responsible practices in a complex R&D environment.

Competenze

• PhD or MS in Plant or Animal Breeding, Quantitative or Statistical Genetics, Data Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced breeding technologies, analytics, genomics, or quantitative genetics with a record of translating research into applied pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to embody Bayer's Values, Ambition, Collaboration, and Creativity within a global team.
