Bayer seeks a leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year plan for accelerating research and impact across the early breeding pipeline. You will mobilize the organization to translate speed of learning and evidence quality into a durable competitive advantage for growers and customers worldwide.

Competenze

• PhD degree or MS degree in Plant or Animal Breeding, Quantitative or Statistical Genetics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced breeding technologies, advanced analytics and information technologies, genomics, and/or quantitative genetics.
• Strong ability to collaborate and build cross-functional partnerships to solve complex business and technical problems across regions and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace and role-model VACC leadership attributes, aligned with Bayer's Values, Ambition, Collaboration, and Creativity expectations.
