Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Plant or Animal Breeding, Quantitative or Statistical Genetics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong ability to collaborate and build cross-functional partnerships to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated leadership in technology initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and evidence-based decisions to speed iterations.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, and analytics.
• Lead adoption strategies and change management to embed new practices across crops and regions.
• Define metrics for acceleration value and report on cycle time, genetic gain, and adoption.
