Qualifications

• PhD/MS in a relevant field is required.
• Strong knowledge of breeding technologies, analytics, genomics, and quantitative genetics.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and decision-ready evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, and digital workflows.
• Lead adoption strategy across crops and regions; embed new practices at scale.
• Own the impact narrative with metrics on cycle time and genetic gain; influence investments and plans.
