GE HealthCare is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving LATAM customers for a fast-growing US-based SaaS company in construction permitting.

You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through platform features, perform demos, and troubleshoot issues related to account setup, document uploads, and workflow processes. Strong English, problem-solving mindset, and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms or SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and deliver professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with live demonstrations.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine the best resolution.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM for future reference.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
