Job summary

Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role focused on SaaS platform support for customers in the construction permitting space, serving the US market from Latin America. You will handle high-volume calls, troubleshoot software issues, demonstrate features, and guide users through workflows.

Applicants should be fluent in English, have 2+ years in customer support, and be comfortable in a technical, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or other technology-based tools.
• Experience conducting platform demos or training for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with step-by-step demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
