Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment in corporate multinational or high-volume agency.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for US, UK and LATAM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and offers.
• Collaborate with HR to understand business strategy and talent needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies.
• Leverage Workday and recruiting platforms to identify top talent.
• Identify trends to improve efficiency and satisfaction; track data in ATS.
