Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets. The role partners with hiring managers to define requirements, extend offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
• At least 4 years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment process in a multinational or high-volume environment.
• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Teamwork and customer service focus.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, extend offers, and manage salary negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to understand strategy and talent requirements.
• Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and recruiting platforms to identify and secure top talent.
• Identify trends to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
• Adhere to global recruitment protocols and track data in ATS.
