Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• Must have at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate multinational or high-volume agency.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights; extend offers and negotiate salaries.
• Collaborate with HR and business to understand talent needs and business strategy.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting techniques to identify top talent.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Adhere to recruitment protocols and track data in ATS.
