Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate multinational environment or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
• Extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and business to understand talent needs and strategy.
• Develop short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting techniques to identify top talent.
• Identify trends to increase efficiency and candidate experience; track data in ATS.
