Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the U.S., U.K., and LATAM. The role partners with hiring managers to define requirements, extend offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

You will collaborate with HR to align talent plans with business goals, develop sourcing strategies, and leverage Workday and ATS to drive efficiency and candidate experience.

Competenze

• Must have 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in corporate multinational or high-volume agency environments.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
