Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment process in a corporate multinational environment or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and ensure onboarding readiness.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to understand strategic talent needs and staffing plans.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting techniques to source and secure top talent.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
• Adhere to global recruitment protocols and track data in the ATS.
