Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and negotiate offers.
Collaborate with HR to align talent plans with business strategy.
Develop short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
Utilize Workday and other sourcing platforms to identify top talent.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and maintain data in ATS.
