Job summary

Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across US, UK, and LATAM markets. You will partner with hiring managers, extend offers, negotiate salaries, and drive onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/related field and at least 4 years of multinational recruiting experience with proven English proficiency. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in multinational or high-volume environments.
• High proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse team and partner with hiring managers.
• Experience with HRIS, Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple markets (US, UK, LATAM).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and market insights.
• Extend offers, negotiate salaries, and support onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies aligned with business plans.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS and adhere to recruitment KPIs.
