Chevron Global Business Services, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across the U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets.

You will partner with hiring managers, extend offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while leveraging Workday and other sourcing platforms. Fluency in English and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
• At least 4 years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment process, preferably within a corporate multinational environment or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Teamwork and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights. Responsible for extending official offers, managing salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
• Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent.
• Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to global recruitment protocols and KPIs, ensuring all data is accurately tracked in the ATS
