The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing tech support, strong English skills, and experience with CRM platforms. This full-time role offers remote work flexibility and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
• Phone-based or call center experience is preferred.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or other tech tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Tech-minded with willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and shows good judgment when handling issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-focused support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general usage.
• Guide customers step-by-step through features and workflows via demonstrations.
• Investigate issues by analyzing information and identifying root causes.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are effective and satisfactory.
