Qualifications

• Native Spanish and English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Solid project management skills with ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.
