Job summary

SupportYourApp is hiring an Operations Manager for a remote role. You will work in a multinational environment supporting creators and projects, using Google Sheets to track performance and KPIs. Native Spanish and fluent English are essential, with strong project management and proactive ownership of tasks.

You will coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and contribute to process improvements while enjoying a fully remote setup and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish with excellent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Strong project management and ownership of tasks.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets with filters, formulas and pivots.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and execute remotely.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases and take appropriate action.
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
