SupportYourApp is seeking an Operations Manager to join our remote team, focusing on multilingual, end-to-end operational excellence. You will manage creator programs, coordinate workflows, monitor performance, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate speaks native Spanish and English at C1, has strong project management skills, and can work autonomously with a reliable home office setup and fast internet.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication at C1 level.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience using Google Sheets with filters, formulas, pivot tables.
• Organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Proactive ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable home-office setup: laptop with 8GB RAM and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams for effective operations.
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases as needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
