Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking an Operations Manager to join our global, remote-friendly team. In this role you will source and activate creators for projects, monitor performance, coordinate workflows, and resolve operational issues across cross-functional teams, all while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.

A native Spanish speaker with excellent English (C1) is required, along with strong project management and data handling skills using Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables) required.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.
