SupportYourApp is hiring an Operations Manager for remote work, supporting global clients across 60 languages. You will lead projects, coordinate creators, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high operational standards.

Required Spanish and English fluency (C1), strong project management, and data handling with Google Sheets. You’ll work with diverse teams, uphold a people-first culture, and focus on scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Strong project management capabilities with ownership mindset.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases as needed.
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
