Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking an Operations Manager to join our remote team. You will source and activate creators, monitor performance, and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery while resolving operational issues.

Strong Spanish and English communication and solid project management are essential. You will also manage data in Google Sheets, track KPIs, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication (written and verbal) at C1 level.
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets including filters, formulas, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining as needed.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure deliverables are on time and accurate.
• Handle operational issues and escalations and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases and take appropriate actions.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Suggest process and operational improvements.
