SupportYourApp is seeking an Operations Manager to join our global team remotely. You will source, coordinate and optimize creator projects, monitor performance and resolve operational issues, while working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Ideal candidates have native Spanish, excellent English (C1), strong project management, and hands-on data work in Google Sheets. Remote work full-time with USD compensation; GMT+2 schedule considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish is required and English communication at a high level (C1) is essential.
• Proven project management skills and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including filters, formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases and take appropriate actions.
• Track operational performance using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
