SupportYourApp is seeking an Operations Manager to join our global team in a fully remote capacity. You will work in a multicultural environment, coordinating projects, managing creators, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables while maintaining a strong ownership mindset.

Fluent Spanish and English (C1) are required, with solid project management skills and expertise in Google Sheets. Remote, USD compensation, and a structured, yet flexible schedule are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication (C1) required.
• Solid project management skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and drive execution autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations; investigate and resolve.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify and address recurring issues; drive process improvements.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases; take appropriate actions.
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Maintain high-quality operations and support market activities.
