Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own the entire funnel for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands, from feeds and campaigns to landing pages and tracking.

You will present results directly to clients and defend your strategy with data. We expect hands-on Google Ads mastery, strong attribution thinking, and the ability to operate across GA4, GTM, Shopify, and modern ad tech.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to articulate CPA, ROAS, revenue and changes made.
• Fluent English with client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, bidding, feed, pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Understand PMax and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Maintain control of Google's automation and audit for waste.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify goals and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes in creative, offers, pages and tracking.
• Build landing pages, scripts and reporting as needed.
• Communicate results and defend recommendations to clients.
