Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end. You will talk to clients directly, present updates, and defend your decisions, with budgets from $5k/month to six figures.

This role requires auditing accounts, separating brand vs non-brand, optimizing PMax, Shopping, and YouTube, plus owning feeds and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify. Remote work worldwide, with availability for US Eastern hours.

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads with meaningful spend.
• Ability present results and explain decisions to clients.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and attribution-focused thinking.
• Ability to work across time zones and during US Eastern hours.
