Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own DTC accounts end to end, including feeds, PMax, and YouTube, and will communicate directly with clients to defend decisions and demonstrate impact.

You will audit campaigns, pages, and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify, shaping strategy and optimization for incremental growth. Remote, US Eastern hours required, strong ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and ecommerce brands.
• Ability to own client relationships and defend your decisions with data and reasoning.
• Experience auditing campaigns, feeds, tracking, and landing pages before making changes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts and present Loom walkthroughs to explain findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate profit areas.
• Own feed health, product data, and shopping campaigns (Shopping, PMax).
• Own tracking setup across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports.
