Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization and help maintain IT services. The role supports incidents, requests, and SLA compliance in a fast-paced environment while upholding ITIL-aligned practices.

You will assist with Microsoft 365, identity management, and network fundamentals, collaborating with IT teams and vendors. Strong communication in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, CS, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in Technical Support/Help Desk/Desktop Support or similar IT role.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of routine technical incidents.
• Respond to requests for installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware and software.
• Own and track incidents and service requests through resolution, ensuring SLAs.
• Administer ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate improvements to IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear end-user communication.
