Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support for a remote, SaaS-based environment. You will handle incidents, manage requests, and support ITSM processes with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in tech support, strong English skills, and experience with Microsoft 365, identity management, and networking basics. A background in ITIL is a plus and you will collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software platforms or SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Investigate problems and determine root causes for resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM interactions and escalate when needed.
