Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Appointment Setter / SDR to support our U.S.-based sales team from a remote South American location. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings with decision-makers across blue-collar industries.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in appointment setting or related roles, strong English communication, and experience with CRM tools. Join us to help build a robust pipeline and drive daily activity toward targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, or business development.
• Experience with blue-collar industries such as construction, electrical, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Able to make 75–150 outbound calls per day.
• Experience using CRM platforms to track activities and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients throughout the United States.
• Identify and engage decision-makers including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, and Business Owners.
• Introduce AIS services and communicate workforce solutions value proposition.
• Qualify prospects based on project needs and labor demands.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs.
