Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales preferred.
• Strong resilience and target-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based companies.
• Engage with HR leaders and hiring managers.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
