Overseas seeks an Outbound Sales Development Representative for LatAm, remote. You will drive high-volume outbound prospecting to SMB and mid-market accounts, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team using AI-assisted research and personalized messaging.

This is a fast-paced, execution-driven role with a clear playbook and defined metrics. A strong command of English, CRM experience, and comfort with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT are required.

Formación

• Experience as SDR/outbound with a track record of booking meetings.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily for research and outreach personalization.
• Experience with CRM platforms and logging activity.
• Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections.
• Self-directed and disciplined, able to hit targets independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Research and qualify prospects using the platform's intelligence tools and AI-assisted research.
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that generates responses without reading as spam.
• Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward a booked meeting.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Use AI tools daily to research accounts, draft messaging, and improve outreach efficiency.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full context and qualification notes.
