Job summary

Last Stop Moving is seeking a driven BDR to contact new leads within minutes, qualify opportunities, and book estimates for our North American clientele. You will work remotely, coordinating with our sales team to close opportunities through timely follow-ups and clear communication.

You will handle outbound calls, texts, and emails, logging each touch in our system, and meeting daily activity targets. A quiet home office, reliable internet, and a flexible mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound calling, appointment setting or inside sales for North American customers.
• Clear, confident, friendly spoken English that North American customers understand easily.
• Able to handle objections and maintain a positive tone on calls.

Responsibilities

• Call and text every new lead within minutes of it coming in.
• Follow up on every open lead daily until they book or say no.
• Book in-home or video estimates with our sales team; do not guess prices on calls.
• Do outbound when inbound is slow: past customers, realtors, property managers, seniors' residences.
• Log every touch in SmartMoving with no duplicates; report numbers daily.
