Job summary

Virtustant is a remote staffing company seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote team serving US-based clients from Argentina. You will initiate outreach, qualify leads and book meetings for account executives.

You'll research target companies, reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn, and keep CRM up to date while reporting weekly results. Strong English and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, outbound prospecting or appointment setting.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or similar).
• Resilient, organized and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect leads that fit the client's ideal customer profile.
• Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for account executives.
• Follow up consistently until a lead converts or opts out.
• Keep the CRM up to date.
• Report activity and results every week.
