Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline across LatAm from a remote setting. You will prospect SMB and mid-market accounts, liaise via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads to book meetings for the sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research and qualify prospects using the platform's intelligence tools and AI-assisted research
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that generates responses without reading as spam
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM, tracking activity volume and conversion metrics
• Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily to research accounts, draft messaging, and improve outreach efficiency
• Test and refine messaging based on response data and feedback from the sales team
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full context and qualification notes, ensuring clean handoffs
