Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar; remote work experience required.
• Experience with US or UK-based companies.
• Proven track record in outbound and inbound sales motions.
• Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
• High self-motivation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach.
• Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification.
• Set and manage sales appointments and product demos.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
• Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies.
• Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed.
