Job summary

Sur is seeking a Business Development Representative to connect with a growing base of brands on a fast-paced influencer marketing platform. The role focuses on high-velocity outreach, discovery sessions, and aligning brand goals with subscription features.

You will handle daily PQLs, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert engaged users into opportunities, with performance reviews and a 2-week PTO policy.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR or similar fast-paced role.
• English proficiency C1–C2 required.
• Experience selling to marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily queue of product-qualified leads from usage signals.
• Make 40–80 calls per day to qualify leads.
• Conduct short discovery sessions linking brand goals to subscription features.
• Provide quick assistance and troubleshoot user questions.
• Test outreach timing and messaging; report what works.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and feed back PQL signals.
• Keep HubSpot CRM accurate and up-to-date.
• Occasionally outreach to MQLs and cold target brands.
