Huzzle.com is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a fully remote role. This position involves high-volume outreach, with the expectation of 80-100 calls per day to engage key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in the staffing industry and proven success in direct placement sales. Career progression opportunities to Account Executive are available, along with performance-based bonuses and ongoing training.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR specifically within the Staffing industry.
• Direct placement sales experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 80-100 calls per day.
• Manage and nurture leads through the entire outreach lifecycle.
• Set 5-7 qualified appointments per week for the sales team.
