Formación

• Experience as SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation with a track record of booking meetings.
• Strong spoken and written English communication, phone- and email-first role.
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) daily for research and outreach personalization.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Research and qualify prospects using the platform's intelligence tools and AI-assisted research.
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that generates responses without reading as spam.
• Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward booked meetings.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM.
