Hire Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own pure outbound cold calling for a fast-moving B2B data and sales intelligence platform. You will work from pre-built prospect lists to make high-volume outbound calls and convert cold contacts into booked meetings for the sales team.

This is a cold calling role with no inbound leads, where you will dial repeatedly, handle objections, and book meetings through volume and skill.

Formación

• Experience in outbound B2B sales and booking meetings from cold calls.
• Excellent English speaking skills.
• Able to work full-time during US business hours.
• Strong objection handling and resilience in conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from pre-built lists.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and log activity in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-up notes for the team.
• Meet daily and weekly call volume and meeting targets.
