Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will own the client development pipeline, manage leads from events and referrals, and oversee administrative operations across time zones.

Strong CRM, calendar management, and AI-assisted workflow are essential. Responsibilities include creating client-facing materials, QA proofreading, tool administration, SOP evolution, social media posting, and regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing CRMs, sales pipelines, and systematic follow-up campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with complex calendar management across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for senior executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Pipeline Management: Capture and input leads into ClickUp/CRM and manage end-to-end sales pipeline.
• Calendar & Time Zone Coordination: Manage scheduling and reminders across multiple time zones.
• Client-Facing Collateral & Briefs: Prepare and send client materials within 1 business day.
• Quality Assurance & Proofreading: Final review of outgoing communications and documents.
• Technical Account & Tool Administration: Set up and maintain software accounts and secure platforms.
• Documentation & SOP Evolution: Organize documents and evolve SOPs as processes change.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across company channels.
• AI Tool Integration: Use Claude and Claude Code to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
• Event Communications & RSVP Tracking: Manage event RSVPs and follow-up communications.
• Reporting & Executive Support: Produce weekly pipeline summaries and monthly reports.
