Grupo Abans is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a SaaS platform, focusing on remote customer assistance for construction-permitting workflows. This role blends customer service, technical problem-solving, and platform expertise to help contractors navigate the software.

You will conduct platform demos, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through features, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRMs
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs is valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Tech-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Clear communication of technical concepts
• Ownership mindset when handling customer issues

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general software usage.
• Guide customers step by step through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features and usage.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information, identifying root causes, and determining actions.
• Take ownership from initial contact through resolution, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working and maintain satisfaction.
