Job summary

Accenture Plc is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role supporting construction-permitting SaaS platform users in the US. You will help contractors navigate the platform, answer technical questions, assist with permit filings, manage accounts, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving.

The role combines customer service with technical problem-solving and platform expertise. You will conduct demonstrations, explain workflows, and guide customers to effective use

Qualifications

Friendly, reliable and detail-oriented; comfortable with technology.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Understands how systems and processes work and can explain them clearly.
Able to work without relying solely on scripts.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, accounts, and general usage.
Guide customers step by step through features and workflows to enable self-resolution.
Conduct platform demonstrations to explain key features and use cases.
Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best action plan.
Take ownership from first contact to resolution and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
