Yo Ai Labs invites you to join a remote Customer Service Representative role focused on proactive client engagement and sales support. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring needs are met with professionalism and care from a home office.

You will handle inquiries about insurance products, benefits, and account questions, while leveraging multilingual skills to serve diverse clients and identify new opportunities in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with client interaction.
• Strong negotiation skills and multilingual communication abilities.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and privacy awareness (HIPAA is referenced).

Responsabilités

• Act as main liaison for clients via multiple communication channels.
• Handle client inquiries on insurance sales, benefits, and accounts.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and find opportunities.
